These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Lovey platform (lovey.se) and related services provided by Lovey AB (“Lovey”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using our service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Lovey provides a premium AI workspace including conversational AI, document analysis, writing assistance, workflow automation, and organisational analytics (“the Service”). We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

2. Account registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@lovey.se if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
Generate content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringes intellectual property rights.
Attempt to circumvent authentication, access controls, or tenant isolation.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the platform's source code.
Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or stress-test the Service beyond normal use.
Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (“Your Content”). By submitting content you grant Lovey a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it solely to deliver the Service. We do not use Your Content to train AI models and do not share it with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The Lovey platform, including all software, design, and content produced by Lovey, is owned by Lovey AB and protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Lovey's intellectual property to you.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Payment and billing

The Starter tier is provided free of charge. Paid tiers are billed as agreed in your order form or subscription agreement. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days' notice.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. On termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our retention policy (see Privacy Policy).

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. AI outputs are provided for information and assistance only — they may contain errors and should not be relied upon as professional legal, financial, or medical advice. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Swedish law, Lovey's aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be resolved by the Swedish courts, with the Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes via email or in-platform notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
